Before
This patient came to us for a second opinion after having already started work at another office. Prior to seeing us, a front tooth was extracted, an implant placed, and a temporary made. The patient felt self-conscious about smiling and hid the front teeth. The patient naturally wanted an improvement to be made.
After
Diagnostic impressions, measurements, and pre-operative treatment planning was essential. Each tooth that needed to be addressed was designed by hand in wax on study models. For this patient, the temporary was removed and replaced with an implant-supported crown. Veneers were placed on five adjacent upper front teeth.
